Taliban Dressed As US Soldiers Attack Nato

While some out there may be sick of hearing about the daily updates on the war, I do feel this latest bit would catch even those people off guard.  The Taliban are now dressing as US soldiers.  While in times of war anything is possible, and the Taliban have in the past dressed up as women, this kind of impersonation in order to attack the west may upset many.  The families of those who have lost their sons and daughters will be most offended.  And for good reason.

This tactic is not new, but is interesting.  When the enemy is dressed like you, can you see them coming from far away?

At this point NATO led coalition forces have repelled the attack and at least 24 of the insurgents have been killed.

According to NATO, the dead insurgents were part of the Haqqani Network, a group affiliated with the Taliban and al-Qaida which often creates problems in the are of the Pakistan border.

In lesser news, every media media outlet has reported that Paris Hilton has been caught with possession of cocaine.  I for one don't care.  But I guess its a change from all the Lindsay Lohan news.
